The challenge

A portfolio can look like a position of strength. The payment still has a deadline, and a valuation is not cash the client can move.

What we did

A custom HTML5 case that puts the learner in the adviser’s seat. The wealth is real on the page; the work is finding which of it can move before the deadline, and what that speed costs. Understanding the difference between value and access comes first. Then the learner has to build a route and live with it — a payment made, a reserve kept, or a deadline missed. The numbers are illustrative, and the case says so.

Project highlights

15 scenes
One case, about twenty minutes, from the first distinction through to a recommendation the learner has to defend.
Three routes
Execute the plan, wait for a better quote, or sell the familiar holding. Each route shows what the deadline and the cost actually did.
3 questions
The close checks access, proceeds, and the last mile. A full mark opens the debrief; a miss comes with the reasoning and another attempt.
