What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, work email, organisation, and message you type, plus any other fields on that form. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive the email address you give us. If you book a call, Calendly collects what you enter on their booking form.
The site also logs ordinary technical data a host needs in order to serve pages — for example, IP address and browser type in server logs. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not sell your details.
Why we hold it
Enquiry data is used to reply to you and, if you hire us, to run the project. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the mailing you asked for. Call bookings are used to hold the slot and send the link.
We keep enquiry mail long enough to handle the conversation and any follow-up work. You can ask us to delete it. Newsletter mail continues until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove the address.
Who else sees it
Enquiries and newsletter signups are sent using Resend, so that provider processes the message in order to deliver it to us. Call bookings are processed by Calendly. Hosting and related infrastructure may process technical logs in order to run the site.
We do not pass your details to other organisations for their marketing. If a project requires a subcontractor, we only share what they need to do the work.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email eperfection.learning@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
